Flower or feather placement

Do you need us to attach a flower or feather to your pamela hat? This service includes the attachment of a flower or a feather to the pamela hat. It does NOT include the flower or feather itself. The flower/feather you choose must also be added to your cart. It does NOT include the attachment of any other decorative elements (headbands, ribbons, etc.). Purchase example: If you want the pamela hat to have 1 flower and 2 feathers, you must add 3 ATTACHMENT SERVICES. One for each element. It takes us about 2 or 3 business days to attach it before we can ship your order.
