Yes, you can. To choose this payment method, when placing your order select the CASH ON DELIVERY option.

You just need to fill out the registration form on our registration page.

If you have placed an order through www.tocadosyabalorios.com or by phone, you may return it up to 14 days after delivery, provided that the return has been made correctly and the products are returned in perfect condition. To withdraw from the order, send us the unused items and include a copy of the order invoice inside the box. The cost of transporting the products to our facilities will be borne by the customer.

We do not have a public showroom, but you can place your order online and we will prepare it in approximately 2 hours, so you can pick it up at our offices located at Pol. El Malecón, warehouse 72 (41300 – San José de la Rinconada) from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM.

You can physically check your order before paying for it. If you don't want to take an item, we will remove it from the order without obligation. However, we cannot expand the order or physically show items that are not included in the order.

To cancel the order before it is shipped and thus avoid shipping costs, please call us by phone before 12:00 PM on the same day you placed the order. If you send an email, it may not be read before shipping, and therefore you would be charged for shipping and return costs.
