Returns and Refunds Policy
If you wish to make a return, you must send the items to be returned, shipping PAID, to the address: Pol. El Malecón, nave 72 (41300-San José de la Rinconada SEVILLE).
Once we verify that the merchandise is correct, we will refund the total amount of the returned products within a maximum of 7 days, using the same payment method you used for the order.
We can also, if you prefer, send MRW to pick up the items from your home, and in this case, we would deduct the collection cost (€9.95 plus VAT) from the refund amount.
RETURN PERIOD
14 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise. This means the item must be in our facilities within this period.
INCIDENT CLAIM PERIOD
You have 5 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us of any type of incident with the received merchandise, whether due to defects or a missing product. Outside of this period, the order will be understood as entirely correct.
Can I return the order if I don't like it?
If you placed the order through www.tocadosyabalorios.com or by phone, you can cancel it up to 14 days after its delivery, and we will refund your money, provided the return has been done correctly and the products are returned in perfect condition.
If the order was placed outside of Spain, a discount voucher will be issued for your next order. The cost of transporting the products to our facilities will be borne by the customer.
In the event that a promotion was applied and upon returning the item, the conditions for applying said promotion are no longer met, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
