HEADPIECES AND ACCESSORIES
For the Peninsula: Delivery between 1 and 2 business days, via MRW (6.95€ + VAT)
IMPORTANT: For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the DUA (Single Administrative Document) processing costs, as well as island taxes and customs clearance, ARE NOT INCLUDED in the price paid to Mercedes Márquez de la Bandera for transportation and must be paid by the customer at the destination. We advise you to check the cost of tariffs with customs beforehand to avoid surprises once the merchandise has been shipped.
For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipments are by sea.
Delivery days: Monday to Friday
RETURNS: If you wish to make a return, you must send the items to be returned, shipping PAID, to the address, Pol. El Malecón, nave 72 (41300-San José de la Rinconada SEVILLA). Once we verify that the merchandise is correct, we will issue a refund for the amount of the returned products, within a maximum of 7 days, using the same payment method used for the order. We can also, if you prefer, arrange for MRW to collect from your home, in which case we would deduct the collection cost (9.95€ plus VAT) from the amount to be refunded.
RETURN PERIOD: 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise. This means the item must be in our facilities within this period.
INCIDENT CLAIM PERIOD: From the time you receive the order, you have 5 calendar days to inform us of any incident with the received merchandise, either due to defects or a missing product. After this period, the order will be considered entirely correct.
Can I return the order if I don't like it?
If you placed the order through www.tocadosyabalorios.com or by phone, you can cancel it up to 14 days after its delivery, and we will refund your money, provided that the return has been made correctly and the products are returned in perfect condition. If the order is from outside Spain, a discount coupon will be issued for your next order. The cost of transporting the products to our facilities will be borne by the customer.
In the event that a promotion was applied and, upon return, the conditions for applying said promotion are no longer met, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
