- Stapler

Step 1:
Cut small paper squares about 12 cm long. Although the size of the square will depend on the size you want the flower to be.
Step 2:
Take the crepe paper and cut it into a streamer approximately 12 cm long and fold it to obtain a rectangle about 6 cm long. Once you have all the rectangles, surround them with the squares you made previously. Secure the flower by stapling the two pieces.
